(Greater Sudbury, ON) – The Sudbury Cyclones open their League2 Ontario regular season this Saturday, May 4th as they welcome Alliance United FC to James Jerome Field. Kick-off is set for 7pm.

The Cyclones will be looking for their first win since the storms re-emergence to Sudbury. In their first match of the season, the Cyclones were knocked out of the League1 Cup following a narrow 1-0 loss to FC London, a side which sits two tiers higher. It was a tightly contested affair, and certainly, a performance to build upon.

The community support was overwhelming for the Cyclones first match in 43 years, with the stands packed welcoming over 450 fans. The forecast is looking bright to repeat itself this Saturday.

There will be plenty of entertainment for all ages, with face-painters, yard games, and much more.

Single game tickets are available for purchase at the gate one hour prior to the match. Avoid the lines and purchase now online, at sudburycyclones.ca.
