Sudbury Cyclones Set for Home Opener This Saturday at James Jerome Sports Complex

(GREATER SUDBURY, ON) – The Sudbury Cyclones are set to return home for their highly anticipated home opener this Saturday, May 2, when they welcome Burlington Soccer Club to James Jerome Sports Complex for a 7:00 p.m. kickoff. 

After opening the 2026 League1 Ontario Men’s Premier season on the road, the Cyclones are eager to earn their first victory of the campaign in front of their home supporters. Despite falling short in their first two matches, Sudbury is looking to turn the page and build momentum on home turf. 

Saturday’s matchup against Burlington Soccer Club presents an early-season test for both clubs, with each side searching for its first win of the season. With points at a premium early in the campaign, fans can expect an intense and competitive battle under the lights.
