The Women’s Cyclones are back on the road against Oakville Soccer Club

(Greater Sudbury, ON) – The Sudbury Cyclones are set to play their first match of the 2026 campaign this Sunday, April 26 at 6:00 PM, as they travel to face Oakville Soccer Club at Bronte Athletic Park. 

The Cyclones are coming off of their first win in the OPL Cup, earning a 1–0 victory. The lone goal was scored by Emmy Arsenault, securing the team’s first three points of the campaign. Sudbury will look to build on that momentum as they take on Oakville this weekend. 

Following Sunday’s matchup, the Cyclones will return home for their highly anticipated home opener on Saturday, May 2 at 3:00 PM. They will face Rush Canada Academy B Women at the James Jerome Sports Complex in what promises to be an exciting early-season contest. 

Kickoff for Sunday’s match is scheduled for 6:00 PM at Bronte Athletic Park.
