GREATER SUDBURY, ON – The Sudbury Cyclones OPL3 Women’s team is set to host North Mississauga this weekend, with both sides eager to secure their first win of the season.
After opening the campaign with an 0-2 record, the Cyclones are looking to bounce back following hard-fought contests against Oakville Soccer Club and Rush Canada Academy B. Despite the early results, Sudbury has shown determination and will aim to translate that effort into a key early-season victory.
Sunday’s matchup presents another strong test, as both clubs look to make an early statement in league play. Kickoff is scheduled for May 10th at 4:00 PM.
Following Sunday’s home contest, the Cyclones will hit the road as they prepare to face Woodbridge S.C. Strikers on Saturday, May 23rd at Vaughan Grove.
