GREATER SUDBURY, ON – The Sudbury Cyclones OPL3 Women’s team hits the road this weekend in search of its first win of the 2026 season as they prepare to take on the Woodbridge Strikers.
The Cyclones have endured a difficult opening stretch, dropping their first three matches of the campaign. Despite the early results, the group remains focused on turning the corner and breaking into the win column.
That challenge will be a significant one this weekend, as Woodbridge currently sits atop the league standings. Kickoff is set for Saturday, May 23, at 5:00 p.m.
Following Saturday’s matchup, the Cyclones will remain on the road for two more contests with stops in Richmond Hill and Burlington, before returning home on June 13 to once again face Woodbridge.
